I started working for a Christian Rock band called “Building 429” on March 7th traveling the US playing shows in almost every state. I never knew I could love work as much as I love doing tour photography. Getting to live on a tour bus for days at a time and getting to spend time with artists who not only understand my passion but want me to forward it and grow. These pass couple of months have truly been a blessing and I cant wait to keep on touring.
Today, May 13th, 2018 I completed my photos from the FMF ( Florida Music Festival ) photographing for @KassonMusic. This was my first ever large venue with over 4,500 hundred people in attendance. Throughout the concert I realized on how much I love what I do. Photography takes my minds off of everything and allows me to focus on my job, trying to get the best quality of content that I can get. My lifelong friend Corey as given me so many opportunities through my work. FMF was a great time and I can't wait till HOB ( House of Blues ) with Kasson on June 29th! I'll leave their links below if you want to check them out!
Also here are some of my favorite photos from the concert!
Today, January 24th, 2018 I have my first ever contract being signed for my business. Its a model release form. With everything that has been going on with me building my company/business to working along side DSP (Dean Stewart Photography) it has helped me realize that connections are everything, mouth to mouth exposure is everything, right documentation and contracts is everything. While printing out the contract at home, I began to realize that this is an actual job for me. It's not a hobby anymore, this is a job that I can do alone if I ever wanted to leave DSP (which won't be happening years to come, unless a huge opportunity comes that I can't turn down.) I've come so far & I'm so proud my myself, I have still yet to find love for my own work. But we are all our worst critics.
